Our Identity & History
Bethlehem Telephone Sanitarium is an independent Christian ministry of healing and health education, established to help individuals and families reclaim the practical, God-given principles of whole-person wellness. We are not a hospital, a supplement company, or a single-service clinic—we are a health ministry in the fullest sense, combining spiritual care, practical education, and natural health support under one roof.
Our work grew out of a conviction that true healing begins long before sickness ever takes hold. Rather than waiting for disease to strike, we focus on prevention: teaching the principles of nutrition, rest, natural remedies, and lifestyle medicine that have quietly sustained healthy communities for generations. Naturopathic nursing is one tool in that toolbox—never the whole of our identity.
Today, Bethlehem Telephone Sanitarium serves individuals, families, and churches seeking a Christ-centered approach to health. Whether through one-on-one guidance, community health education, or our NEWSTART principles, our goal remains the same: to help people live longer, fuller, more faithful lives.

Health as Christian Stewardship
Scripture consistently ties physical health to spiritual wholeness. “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth” (3 John 1:2). We take that connection seriously. Every class we teach, every remedy we recommend, and every conversation we have is offered in the spirit of Christ's own ministry—compassionate, practical, and unhurried. Caring for the body is never separate from caring for the soul; it is one continuous act of stewardship over the life God has entrusted to each of us.

He walks alongside individuals and families as they pursue healing in body, mind, and spirit, grounded in Scripture and sound health principles. His ministry reflects the same balance Christ modeled—teaching, preaching, and healing as one united work.
